This hair is lifee!! It is soft, the hair does’nt let much hair go, you can run your hands trew the hair, it moves sooo perfectly!! I only wished that they bleached the knots a little longer. I did tint the lace. After a month i will do a follow up review about the hair

ok ya'll I'm in love with this hair!!!! I was supposed to receive my hair on April 30th but I received it today April 27 in 3 days wow! the hair is exactly what I wanted it to be soft full of body and so silky. the seller stayed in contact with me made me very comfortable with this being my first time ordering hair off line.

I recommend getting this wig. I believe I got 16” ...if not, it was 14”. I absolutely love it & even after bleaching it & coloring it, it didnt dry up like most units. Curls do hold & shipping was very fast.

I am VERY impressed with this wig. The cap fit just right, the lace was a perfect color/texture, and it was THICK all the way through. The knots will have to be bleached, although it stated they already are. I added pictures before I customized it, to show everyone what you can expect. As you can see, the hairline is nicely pre-plucked for a natural look! The length I ordered was 20 inches. It arrived VERY quickly...

Just received the hair and i am IN LOVE! Nana kept me informed the whole time ! She answered all the questions i had ! The note had already been bleached so that’s off my to do list . There hair has minimal shedding but that’s all hair . I will update when i get installed tomorrow.

I ordered my hair on Friday and got it the next Friday even though it was supposed to come late for the holiday. The communication was on point & this hair is BEAUTIFUL. It sheds, but that’s to be expected. I get NO tangles with this hair. It’s so soft & it curls easily. The curls don’t hold very well, but they’re still pretty when they drop. All I did was pluck the part. It’s true to length & the density is amazing. I love this hair & will shop here again.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though

Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
