i waited a few days to give an honest review and so far the hair has held up well. when the hair came it had a slight smell but nothing a wash can fix. there was a bit of shedding but it was tolerable. i did bleach the lace and it took it well afterwards there wasn't alot of shedding from the lace. takes heat well one pass and you're fine. the hair has a pretty pattern when the hair is wet if you want to define the curls more add a product to do so. i did have to do a little of plucking but don't do too much or you'll look bald. wish there was more parting space but overall hair is fine. would recommend to others.

- The hair came within 3 days and it looked just as described in the picture. There was minimal to no shedding, the hair is pre plucked with a natural hairline. All I did was bleach the knots and cut my baby hairs a little shorter.

So far I love the hair. I didn’t pluck any additional hair out but I did trim the baby hairs and bleach the knots. I ordered a 12 inch and I straightened it. When the hair is wet it has a beautiful curl pattern. There was no smell and the hair is very soft. Shipping was very fast. I ordered the hair on Thursday and it came Tuesday morning. I have gotten a lot of compliments and lots of my family members have told me that they are also going to buy the wig. Seller was very nice and kept me updated!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though

Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
