So far I love the hair. I didn’t pluck any additional hair out but I did trim the baby hairs and bleach the knots. I ordered a 12 inch and I straightened it. When the hair is wet it has a beautiful curl pattern. There was no smell and the hair is very soft. Shipping was very fast. I ordered the hair on Thursday and it came Tuesday morning. I have gotten a lot of compliments and lots of my family members have told me that they are also going to buy the wig. Seller was very nice and kept me updated!

- Got the wig it didn’t have any funny smells it was soft and looked good.I bleached and toned it and it took the bleach really well which tells you about the hair quality.

I deep conditioned it after the process for a while then when I was done the hair was even softer, I will buy it again in the future .

This is my first time ever buying a wig this store. thanks to the very positive feedback on this seller i decided to give it a try and i am so so glad about this wig. The hair is really silky and shiny. It doesn’t shed that much but it tangles a bit, i guess it’ll take me some time to understand this hair and tame it as it should be lol. anyway, i bleached the knots myself and styled the wig on my own. I wish this seller would come with ready to wear wigs, knots bleached and baby hair styled as well. Shipping was pretty fast, it took about a week to receive my package. Thanks to Ever Beauty for their communication and kindness at every step of the transaction, looking forward to buying from them again! Highly recommended!

I love this wig. There’s some tangling with the 360 lace but I’ve never known a frontal or 360 to not tangle. It’s cute and fun to play around with. Lillian was super helpful. This was my first this store purchase. Irene walked me through the whole thing. I love this wig experience was made better because of Irene. I dyed my lace. It was pre-plucked - I plucked some more. Great purchase.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
