Must Giving CARAHAIR All 5 stars! This is my second time order, I'm so happy with the purchase, firstly I got 20inch from the seller, I'm late on giving feedback because I liked to wear the wig out for awhile before I make my decision on the hair. I order a medium cap size and it fit perfectly. Knots on edges are already bleached which is a plus. I haven't had any issues with tangling at all after all the processing I've done. I love this wig, it's soft and full, true to density 180%, I love full lace wig, you can part it all the way through the wig, and make any hairstyle that you want. Highly recommend!
Everything about the hair is superb . I must told everyone that I love this unit it's simply perfect.. soft great smell and easily styled! The lace is large enough to part multiple ways and the part looks very natural with every little work applied. This unit has very minimal shedding and requires little maintenance.?I never experienced such a nice treatment on All store! Unbelievable.?customer service was excellent. Honey Queen even sent me picture of the wig through text message before she sent it (which was sent the same day i ordered it)!?I am very pleased and will definitely purchase from this seller again!

Very nice wig. Its my first full lace wig. Has the typical initial shedding but once i washed and brushed it, no more shedding so far. The knots were actually dyed. I didn't need to do it which was great because most of them say the knots are dyed and they are not. The shipping was lighting speed. I ordered late Tuesday night and received my wig on Friday. They shipped it out within hours of me ordering. Great overall purchase experience. The customer service with this vendor is FANTASTIC! I have not once, in the years I have been buying off of Aliexpress, had a vendor to call me to confirm my order to ensure they are providing the correct product and that I am satisfied. This store is truly UNIQUE! I will definitely be buying from them again as I am sure that if I ever have any problems they would be more than willing to resolve them!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though

Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
