I absolutely love the hair. I didn't get to have it long because, my daughter loved the hair even more and brought it from me. I can't speak of shedding or tangling, due to only wearing it once. I will purchase another wig from this vendor.

I love, love, love this hair! it's wonderful, soft and great quality human hair. It's the best experience considering it's my first time buying human hair wig. Emma was kind and considerate the whole journey and I'm impressed by how fast I received it!( It took approx 4 days after making the order and this is to Malaysia!) the knots weren't bleached but I easily bleached them myself. Overall excellent service from the company and I'd definitely buy more from them!

This is the best hair i ever had! The hair is beautifull and thick. No tangling at all. I just washed it and let it air dry on the pictures. The hair has a really beautifull structure.?I never experienced such a nice treatment on Ali Express! Unbelievable. They even showed me pictures before delivering and made sure i was well informed every step of the way.?I'm glad i found a seller I can rely on and I will order only here because i know the hair is of very good quality.?I am very pleased and will definitely purchase from this seller again very soon.

I'm late writing this review. I wanted to wear the wig for a week so I can give a honest review. The transaction took about 4 days to come to Brooklyn NYC. The seller was in contact with me the whole time and was very professional. The wigs is a very thick and doesn't shed much I would purchase from this vendor again thank you.

So this is the best lace wig that I never bought in my life !!!! The hair is soooooo full and beautiful amazing ! I cut it into my favorite hairstyle and it is so beautiful and low maintenance! You don't need to tweeze the front and the baby hairs bcs the hairline is already perfect! I received a lot of compliments on it ! And recommended it to sooo many girls ! The shipping was super fast less than one week !

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
