Absolutely in love with this wig. It doesn’t even feel like I’m wearing a wig. And I love being able to style it however I want. I will definitely be ordering again. There were no smells, the hair is SUPER soft and the shedding is very light. I slightly bleached the knots because that’s what I do. And the hairline is PERFECT. Overall great quality wig and excellent customer service

Let me start off by saying that this hair is POPPING! If your undecided about if you should get this hair or not .. GET THIS HAIR! I ordered an 20 inch and this hair is true to length . For one the seller was amazing when it came to communication . He even messaged me when the hair arrived to ask how I liked the hair . The shipping is fast . A couple days . This hair looks good when it dry but it's gorgeous when it's wet ! And the knots are bleached very well,I totally don’t need to bleach it again!Also the hairline is really natural,it’s pre plucked already!Overall this Hair is amazing ! Love... LOVE THIS HAIR! No shedding... no stinky smell and this hair is super soft! It doesn't matte on your neck. The lace is strong enough for plucking! I have absolutely no complaints. I'm just a normal girl with a budget that wanted quality hair! FYI... communication was soooo good! They messaged me the whole time.... Even made sure I received my order! ordered Thursday night at 11pm received it Monday morning!!! Aaayyyeee lol

This Post is by no means Sponsored ! with absolute honesty this hair is the best.My hair was installed two weeks ago a day after receiving the hair. I did not process it however the knots were bleached . The hair came pre-plucked but we plucked more to match my face and natural hairline. In the two weeks I have washed the hair and it held its curls and texture . I'm overall satisfied 100% and seem to have found my top vender. They also have great customer service.

I loveeee this wig!! Quality and density are amazing and theres barely any shedding. I washed the wig and added some curl definer cream and the curls came out popping <3 This is my first wig and it turned out perfect !! so happy I chose to buy from u! I'll definitely be ordering from this company again! xxx ( I did do some customizing, plucking etc. and no wig glue is used!!)

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though

Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
