I love this unit the curls are beautiful and come back even after flat ironing. After having the unit for 3 month I did notice it would start to tangle more in the nape area. However I found washing and deep conditioning once a week helped to solve that issue. I would definitely purchase again.

I received the hair and I have zero complaints thus far.The curls are layered giving it a fuller, more natural look and it is so soft! All I need is water and the curls pop. It comes pre-plucked as it says in the description and the hair is full but not too heavy. Fast shipping.I tried to straighten the hair, and the curls back after I wash it. It remained shiny and soft. ive Gotten so many compliments on my hair and so many people asking me where that I get my hairI I am looking forward to buying from this vender again.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
