I’m super happy with this company I ordered the wig Monday morning and received it Wednesday morning. The wig is very Nice, I ran my hands through it and did not get any shedding. I did spray the inside with knot sealer after I ran my hands through hair so I do not get any shedding. I also like the packaging of wig. I will post more photos after I install. This company gets a 10 stars from me.

freaking beautiful unit, super soft, full and longer than expected. The curl pattern is even better after wishing it. customer service was on point, lillian was polite and extremely accommodating. I will leave additional feedback in a month but so far I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I've had this wig for weeks now, had to wait a while before posting my review ......the wig is absolutely perfect, my husband actually told me this is the best hair he has ever seen on me, i get loads of complements every single day, you can only imagine what i can do with this wig; i can hold it up to a pony tail, corn row it, even let it drop, and it looks like its my hair. i am definately ordering another one 24inches this time around........

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
