this is my second day with this wig.. and I've already washed It .the wig It's not so full....the hair are soft and there is no bad smell , let's see .....I'll give u updates next month...this for sure.

I honestly love my wig! Shipping was super fast, I received my wig in 3 days with free shipping. Lillian was also very helpful and stayed in contact with me the whole time. I will come back and post pictures as soon as I install it. <3

I ordered the 20”. Lillian was very helpful in communicating with me, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Stayed in touch with me through the whole process even after I received my wig to make sure I was satisfied. She also let me know that if I was dissatisfied for any reason to let her know and she would make it right. Customer service is the #1 priority and she excelled in that department. Received wig within like a week. Very fast coming from the location. No smell to the wig and the hair is super soft with beautiful waves. No shedding at the moment that I can tell. Will definitely be ordering a lot more from this vendor. Out of all the vendors I have dealt with on here this company is by far the best hands down. Thanks Lillian and TTYS!!!!

I really love this hair VERY soft! Shipping was quick. I bleached the knots and plucked the hair line a little more. Communication was great! One of the loops from the adjustable strap popped, the seller was willing to do everything to fix the problem.

Customer service was good.the hair is True to length,no smell,soft and pretty,it shed a little but only like 2 strands,is preplucked but needs a little more work(bleachedknots and a bit more plucking ).everything looks good for now.im going to do another review when I get it installed and wear it for awhile

Let start off by saying that this is the best wig I’ve ever owned by far this wig right here is knocking those beauty supply wigs out the box! The unit I received was 20 inches I thought it would have been a little longer but I still love everything about it thanks MS Buy I will definitely be back for more

Obsessed!! I bought the 12” and cut it. It straightens beautifully. Doesn’t shed or tangle. The cap was on the smaller side which was perfect for my tiny head. I most likely won’t wear it in it’s natural state but the curls are gorgeous. The hairline was perfect and very natural. My stylist tweezed it a little and bleached the knots. Customer service was excellent and I’ll most definitely order again! It’s only been installed for 2 days but I’ll update my review in a month or so.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?

- Styling-wise, what's the difference between full lace and lace front? I already purchased the lace front
The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?
