- I think the texture is amazing, the wig fits great, and it looks real, that’s is very good. I would suggest that you guys have an option of more had density size then just 130. But overall everything was great and everyone was helpful.

Ordered hair on Saturday it arrived on Tuesday! Had to comb out the curls because they were too perfect for my style. I cut it to frame my face, bleached the knots and went back threw the hair line ( was not plucked enough for my liking). Overall love this wig really a great buy for the price!! It appears thin when you first take it out but you need to comb through and fluff the curls for the bigger hair look <3

beautiful wig! no shedding! does need a tad bit taming (plucking, parts, and shaping) also will need some product to tame curls ie gel or mouse etc because it is naturally frizzy... it has a beautiful texture great wig for its price!

Love the hair it looks exactly like the pictures the curl pattern is nice and exactly what l wanted , the hair feels soft to the touch and l love that it came in a box with free goodies.No smell and so far minimum shedding. Will be ordering again soon!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
