The hair arrived quickly!They communicated with me to let me know it ship. I was shocked absolutely shock at how fast it came. The hair is very full, beautiful and not too shiny, look very natural. The cap has four combs and fits very comfortably with adjustable straps. This is a great buy for the price. I have washed it the hair is extremely soft, a little bit shed, true to its density. The hairs a plucked to perfection all I had to do was trim the lace,definitely worth it! I will be buying more hair from this seller. I would also recommend this seller to friends. Out of all the wigs I've bought here this is the best 1! Thank you Carahair!
I loveeeeee loveeee loveeee my wig! Ive had the hair for about 2 week now and it is holding up well. It's super soft and shiny. I did have an issue with shedding at first but what was fine as the shredding proceeded to end over the course of a day. Since it is Brazilian hair the strands are very fine. The Kinky curly texture actually holds up pretty nice. The cap construction is really well made also, it fits perfectly on me with the added elastic band is great(seller sent with the wig in the bag), Which was so nice of the seller!

This hair is absolutely beautiful and soft, I can't wait to install. I ordered this hair on a Monday and received it on Friday the same week, the shipping was excellent and very fast. I brought 22 inches and the hair is really 150 density so no need to worry about anything. I will write more feedback on this hair after i have worn it a little.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
