I think the hair is pretty soft, I am making it into a straight hair wig so hopefully it will look good when I’m done. The seller responded back every time I texted & the hair came in about 4-5 days.

I orderd a 20 inch frontal, 2x 28 inch bundles, 2x 26 inch bundles and 1x 24 inch bundle of straight brazilian hair. The hair came super fast, like within a week from when I placed the order. Straight out of the package the hair was super smooth and bone straight (one bundle was a little wavy- which you can see in the picture). The hair didn’t have a bad smell, more like a ”processed” type of smell. After a schampoo and deep condition the hair got a little wavy after letting it airdry, but I really dont mind. I’ve had little to no shedding. The bundles and the frontal did have a few split ends, but when the hair is that long that’s to be expected. Super communication with the seller.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
