I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Delivery was super fast! Communication with Lillian was seamless, response time to my queries was almost instant. I was skeptical at first when the product arrived but no more. The hair was exactly as described and very cute and manageable. after washing and styling the hair there seems to be very little or no shedding whatsoever. I hope my new hair lasts for awhile but I will definitely buy from this supplier again (and tell all my friends!)

This hair is amazing! I received this hair within 4days of ordering! The communication from the beginning was excellent and the product is great! The curl pattern is so great. It is a very kinky curly texture so it's liable to shed more than other textures also, don't put a comb through it when it's dry, only when wet. It's a hair that you have to do to maintain, but nothing different from every day natural hair care. I made it a wig and I love it so much! This hair is great and the company is great I recommend them to everyone and i will but from them again!!!! Thanks!!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though

Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
