The whole process was effortless. This company has excellent customer service and fast shipping. I ordered my hair on a Monday and received it on a Wednesday from China. The hair is absolutely gorgeous! The knots around the hair line was bleached and pre plucked. There was minimum shedding and the hair had no smell. I was able to bleach the knots without any issues and processing time was only 15min. I am totally pleased with my purchase and I plan on using this vendor again.

I just love my hair! I get compliments everywhere I go. The great thing about Carahair is that they provide amazing customer service before and after you purchase your order. Molly was amazing at making sure that I was 100% satisfied with my order. I am beyond satisfied! I am not getting any shedding and the hair does not tangle. I don't plan on cutting or coloring the hair anytime soon. But, I look forward to purchase more hair in the near future. You guys Rock! More pics to come.

This wig is very very dense to be a full lace wig.The front was already pre-pluck.very natural looking after u bleach knots. ive had this hair for 3 weeks then I dyed it to red color and it is still beautiful,the curl pattern was not impacted at all.. will be ordering again, ive Gotten so many compliments on my hair and so many people asking me where that I get my hair so you will definitely get a lot of compliments on this hair.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?
Yes, it has baby hairs at the back.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
