Im really happy with this hair so far. Customer Service was so great. I needed this wig in 3 days and the seller was nice enough to accommodate my request. I got in chlorine with it (which i didn't really want to do) and it still feels soft. The wig is is full, and the cap fits perfectly. i have not one complaint . I ordered 22 inches, natural color , full lace.

First, I want Give las many thanks to GARY, By toda your assists, clearing ALL my doubts and By your patience. Eres great! never used it WIG, only EXTENSIONS and wanted to try. bought 18' with 130% \\% density, natural color. it took 2 days, as for week does not count. the WIG Is very nice and smells good. still don't know well how to use, But youtube will help me. hehehe

The hair is a little thinner than expected but I think that makes it look less wiggy. It's very nice. The hair line is a little customised which is always great. I love it and will definitely buy again!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
