This is my 3rd order from Carahair and I still love it! Hair came within 3 or 4 days, was beautiful out of the box. Preplucking was great, but I did bleach knots and tint the lace a little. Density is good as well ( I think it's 150). The unit I ordered is a 360 wig in 22 inches and it's almost waist length on me (5'4") so it's true to length as well. I've had the unit for about 2 weeks and have shampooed it twice and the curls bounce right back with some light shedding. This wig also straightens perfectly and still retains its curl. Cap size is medium and it fits perfectly but if you have a lot of hair or a bigger head get the large cap. Very satisfied!!!!

The wig took forever to ship! However once shipped arrived super fast!! This review is for the ppl that depends on honest reviews! lol I love hair and know the difference between a good wig/hair and bad I must say this wig is soft! Long for length and thickkk! I got a 14" loose wave and it's amazing quality especially for curly hair! It didn't come with a smell and as I customized it it didn't tangle! I'm so pleased hopefully it has longevity other than that so far so good will order from this seller again!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?
