This hair is so bomb... love it....When I opened my package I fell in love! This is by far the best wig I have ever purchased on Ali Express.What you see is what you get. I'm so impressed with the quality of the hair. The wig is true to the length, full hair and soft hair,no shedding.The hair line is perfect!! I don't have to do any plucking. Just what I wanted! Very good customer service!!!!I will update back later with more pics.

I've had my unit for a few weeks now, and I have to say I am in love with it! Customer service is excellent. I had to bleach the knots because my lace looked a little greenish white, but once I bleached the knot it's good to go! I also did some more plucking to the hairline to my liking. There's little shedding. I have worn this hair every day since I received it and NO matting which is awesome! The hair is really pretty and I get compliments on it every day.

As a first time wig buyer, I was extremely nervous about purchasing my first wig from online. But I honestly could not be happier. Lillian was so incredible throughout this whole process, answering all my questions and making sure I was happy before I made any purchase. The wig arrived so quickly after placing the order and it was so beautiful and soft straight out of the package. I was able to wash it and there was very minimal shedding. 1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
