The hair is very nice, it came straight but since I washed it it has gone slightly wavy. The pic attached is what it looks like after being washing. The top part looks a little puffy, but has flattened since I slept with a silk scarf. I have noticed a little shedding, but hopefully it won't get worse! I secured the sides with some sewing, and a little at the top. Apart from that the wig combs work well. I was worried it would hurt sleep with it on but it doesn't! I did sew on a satin material underneath to make the parting look natural. I ordered 18" and it looks true to size. The cap fit perfect considering I measure 23" around the head. Overall the process was awesome, and product amazing. Nana kept me updated all the time. After being made the hair only took 3 days to arrive!! Would recommend!

This hair is absolutely beautiful! It's soft , thick, and wavy. You can curl it or straighten it. I've used it for almost 2 months, and washed it a couple of times and it still looks really nice. The costumer service was amazing and they kept me informed all the way through !

I just receive my wig and I am yet to cut the lace, hair is true to photo and descriptions, this is my first wig purchase ever and I'm a very satisfied customer. Very soft and full 250% density. Excellent customer service and it took only a week's period for purchase and delivery of product. Thank you Nana Yu, you're the best. 1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?
Yes, it has baby hairs at the back.

Yes it does. The hair is of great quality and styles beautifully.
- Styling-wise, what's the difference between full lace and lace front? I already purchased the lace front
The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
i love this wig yes the knots is bleached slightly
- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?

- How long is the 14 inch compare to the 16 inch?
I purchased 20 in which is to my behind. I would say 14 is to mid back
