Let me start by saying I ADORE THIS UNIT ! I got a 18inch which was perfect I ordered on Sunday- tracking said Friday delivery but I got my package Wednesday, Lillian was amazing she texted me immediately to find out if my order information was correct and also texted me after receiving my package to make sure everything was good ! I’ll be ordering another unit this week !

Dhl is life ... hair came in 3 business days ... hair came with a gift of two wig caps ... hair is soft and beautiful so far .. i co washed and lil to no hair came out ... the hair came pre plucked but i plucked it a Lil more it was so full ... i bleached the knots ..... i was updated every moment .. i loved that .. the seller is very nice and helpful... i will update once i wear hair a while .. thank you

This is the second time buy the wig . The first time , i buy a lace frontal one ,this time i try a 250% Density lace front wig. This was very very easy transaction . Once i placed my order the buyer contacted me within 24 hours to let me konw that it had been shipped .I choose the UPS delivery way . Vary fast . I think it canme within the next 3 days after that . Once i opened the package ,I instantly loved this wig . The quality of the hair is great ,and I did not have to really do anything to it besides cut the lace front and trim the baby hairs . Great buy ! I will buy more in the future !!!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
