The sellers communication with me was great, I had a few questions before I had even decided to order and she was able to help. The hair it self is nice and soft and I love the curl pattern. There's little to no shedding and no smell but like us humans, all human hair eventually will shed so that's not a negative for me. I got the wig and put it on and got lots o compliments. I would definitely recommend this hair to anyone. I am really happy I decided to buy this unit and I will definitely be buying from this seller again.

This is my first time ordering a human hair wig from Carahair and I definitely will order more from this seller. She was very communicative from the start and the wig came in 4 days (I live in California). The hair is beautiful, thick, and natural and didn't smell weird. For the price, I was impressed. Also for the price, I had to understand that there may be a little extra work on my part (I had to wash the hair, and remove a few empty nit shells-very normal for virgin hair). When I showed these concerns to the seller, she was very helpful in her suggestions. In all honesty, if you're thinking of buying this wig and think it's going to look like a $1,000 wig, your expectations are the ones to blame for your dissatisfaction, not the seller.The company does a good job trying to make the customer feel valued and comfortable and the product is excellent. Would buy again.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?
Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?
Yes, it has baby hairs at the back.

- Styling-wise, what's the difference between full lace and lace front? I already purchased the lace front
The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?

I purchased 20 in which is to my behind. I would say 14 is to mid back
