This hair is really really really amazing! I wanted to give it a few weeks before I gave a comment about the quality. Its not straight but thats one of the things i love about it. It has a slight curl around the hairline and at the bottom and when you straighten it its so pretty, soft and flowy. ontop of that its thick just the way i like it. I got the hair in natural color in a 12in. I will be returning to buy longer hair and i recommend this hair to everybody. just try it out you wont regret it i promise. great product so dont change a thing. oh almost forgot, it sheds but its so little...... so amazing! first good wig since i started shopping on Carahair. thanks so much!!!!

Love my wig, it was delivered on time , its very full, as it should be for 250% :) .A little shedding, but realistically , what wig doesn't shed a little. Dyed it and the color took VERY well, and customer service was very nice. The one small problem is the size of the wig cap itself, its a little big for me so I'd recommend an elastic band to be sewn to make it more snug, if necessary.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?
Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
3. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
We will send you the exchanging hair after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair not used. - Has anyone gone swimming in this hair? Does it tangle a lot?
I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?
Yes, it has baby hairs at the back.

Yes it does. The hair is of great quality and styles beautifully.
- Styling-wise, what's the difference between full lace and lace front? I already purchased the lace front
The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?

- Does it look like the picture or does it look different but acceptable

- What do you wash it with to keep the curls?

- How long is the 14 inch compare to the 16 inch?
I purchased 20 in which is to my behind. I would say 14 is to mid back
