This hair is absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!! Because of Chinese New Year I was really worried I wouldn't get a wig in time before I take my trip out of the country. The seller has been sooo helpful I cannot even thank Gary yan enough for her help. The hair is absolutely gorgeous, no smell, and no shedding!! The hair is nice and full!! Ends are full!! And I got 22 inches.. true to length!! Definitely will order from her again. By far one of the best hair I've bought on Carahair. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer.

So where to begin? I ordered this hair dec 27th and got it on the 29th. Communication was superb and so was the wig when it arrived. I waited a while to leave feedback because I wanted to really test the unit. When i got it there was no smell or shedding. I did a cowash and had minimal shedding when I combed it out and it went back to its natural curl. I wore it curly for about a week then put it to the second test. I flat ironed it bone straight and then did a loose curl to see if it would stay straight and could hold bigger curls. And of course it was full and voluminous and the curls held up. I just washed it again and its back to that lovely curl! Will definitely be making this one of my go to vendors.

I needed my hair by the 26th got it on the 25th. Hair quality and density matches description. Very soft, no shedding. Will continue buying from this vendor.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
