Literally the best wig I ever ordered from All Store. The wig is absolutely beautiful, and true to 250% density. I recommend buying this wig 100%. I will be buying only from this company from now on. So this is not the first hair I’ve bought from All Store, but it is the first wig (I normally get bundles) and this is my first time shopping at Carahair. Lillian ( the vendor) was extremely helpful and communicated with me every step of the way. Shipping was very fast, it only took about 4 days even though I ordered on a Saturday. I just received the hair today and I’m really happy with it so far! The hair patterns are soft and there isn’t a smell to it at all. The hairline has definitely been preplucked, but I may need to go back and do a little more. The baby hairs also look good so far. The hair is really full, especially once you start coming through the hair. So far, I am really happy with my purchase. Thanks !

I really love the hair and the communication was beyond excellent. I got a call, pictures and messages regarding my hair to make sure I fully satisfied. This is the best wig I have ever bought and I'm definitely going to order from here again. Also it cane pre plucked not a lot of customizing to be done so that was a major plus. I love, love, love this hair! it's wonderful, soft and great quality human hair. It's the best experience considering it's my first time buying human hair wig. Lillian was kind and considerate the whole journey and I'm impressed by how fast I received it!( It took approx 4 days after making the order and this is to Malaysia!) the knots weren't bleached but I easily bleached them myself. Overall excellent service from the company and I'd definitely buy more from them!

Amazing hair! I️ am more than satisfied with my decision to choose both this wig and vendor! I️ ordered on Sunday and arrival was on Wednesday. The only issue I have is that my head is a little small. So the cap doesn’t fit snug on my head as I like. But overall, this wig is my best purchase from all store !!! Thank you guys sooooo much!

- I love the curls, the hair is very dense. I would recommend spraying the hair with some water then applying some hair lotion to get the hair nice and silky.

I love my new wig. I have been wearing it for the past two weeks without having any problems. The hair is very soft, no shedding or tangles. The density is very thick just like the description, the hair line is the best. I will recommend Carahair to anyone. Thanks Lillian for being so sweet and patient with your customers. 1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?
Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

We will send you the exchanging hair after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair not used. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
