I just got my hair three days ago and i am so happy.I love the wig.The curl pattern is just beautiful as pictured.And the density looks full!The hair is soft.....it smells sooo nice.Shipping was very fast.I am satisfied with the customer service I received.Very helpful and friendly.I'll leave additional feedback after a few weeks.

The hair is sooo soft the curls are beautiful. I really love this hair. I ordered during some Chinese holiday so it took a while for my order to actually process, however the seller was great, kept in touch with me the whole time. Once they did ship my hair it came in about 3 days. I bleached my knots and plucked the wig a bit all in all definitely worth it.

First off shipping was excellent I ordered this hair Saturday night and received my lovely package Tuesday. When I first opened hair was soft and perfect length ...The knots on the lace bleached nicely and barely shed at all. it's been 10 days and I'm loving it so far! Hair is still soft as ever, in which I love and everyone thinks it's my real hair. Love the communication with Daisy from day one till I received my package .Will definitely be ordering from here again

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though

Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
