Hair is soft and beeeeasuutifulll!! The curls are gorgeous.Even I wash it,it still hold the curl!it's very soft and minimal to no shedding after wash .. didn't even have to pluck! The hairline was already pretty natural.I've never been more satisfied. And the shipping was so fast made it before my birthday.Good delivery time and efficient service!!!I recommend anybody to buy this hair who's reading the reviews.

This hair is amazing it is soooo soft , shipment is also so fast,about 3 days. washed it upon arrival no shredding I use my fingers rather than a comb .. I've had a few compliments on how nice the curls are .. To get them to pop I just sprayed conditioner mixed with water that made the curls look really nice once dried.., The length is really long this is my second wig from Carahair and I can say I'll be buying more .. i have a small head so she gave me a band to sew on which helped thank you.. Communication great she kept in contact the whole time until I received my hair , very responsive.. I recommend :)

Lillian Thank you so much. I love your customer service, you are kind, you take care of your clients, and the shipping was fast. I really like the hair so far, I just had it two days, so I was to give it a couple of weeks to work with different styles and play around with it until I get it just like I want it. I'm not really a Brazilian hair fan, I'm more into Indian or Malaysian hair, which I prefer over any other hair type. But so far so good. Don't know if I love this Brazilian hair yet, but I will give you an update in a couple of week & let you know. But I really do like it. I like you and I would love to try you out again in purchasing Indian or Malaysian hair Here are a few pics of me wearing your hair after bleaching the knots and adding & cutting more baby hair. Didn't do much with the style yet. It's still a work in progress. Love doing business with you Lillian.

This hair is absolutely gorgeous. My pictures don’t even do it any justice, it looks and feels beautiful. It’s very soft and full. I did get a little shedding but nothing crazy, just a few strands which is normal. I co washed the hair and bleached the knots already and the hair just still looks very nice. I’ll be ordering again. I’m pleased.

I love this wig!! i was scared to dye it just because i though it may ruin my wig. The wig is super thick as stated and took bleach like a champ. The wig did needs loads of bleach due to the thickness (plus time and patience.) I tried my best not to comb the wig while it was wet. I recommend other do the same because it maintains the shape of the wig reducing future shedding. I plan to work on this wig some more as i want to make it red. But i will continue to update my progress. PS in the pictures of the wig after the lightening process, the wig has not been combed at all so it looks frizzy. Also i did a deep conditioning treatment then rinsed with cold water to keep it moisturized.

Good quality hair, true to length and density. I’m very satisfied with my unit. Minimal shedding, no foul odor, and also I️ received my product in a very timely manner. Overall great experience for this to have been my first time ordering hair. Also, my sales person Lillian, is Awesome with a capital A. 1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
