Sooo many good things I have to say. I was truly shook when I received my wig this morning. I ordered it on a Thursday afternoon and got it Monday morning. I was already impressed. Then I opened it up, and omg. The hair was so soft, and had no smell. The cap fit perfectly, and the hairline looks so natural. No shedding and no tangles. Best seller on All Store.I’d definitely recommend buying from them. Cathy kept me updated the entire time, and was very sweet. I can’t wait to purchase from them again.

this is what I call beautiful hair the texture is so natural medium luster density is amazing and full the pre plucked hairline was easy to blend very impressive package and shipping was quick I washed this wig and left to air dry overnight once dry it looked so beautiful and natural definitely worth every penny

At First I was skeptical about getting this wig but it's worth the money it barely sheds , its curly stay wavy with just water and little conditioner and it's easy to bleach the knots ( if preferred) no can tell it's a wig. They thought it was my real hair .! Definitely buy again!

I received it within about two days which is awesome! It's very soft no smell. It sheds a little but all together I'm glad I purchased it. The seller is good. I will be ordering from them again. I'll post pictures later after I install and wear it a few weeks.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?
