This wig is absolutely beautiful, it’s so thick and full. I’m a tall woman and this wig comes to the small of my back when it’s straighten. I definitely believe I will be reordering this in the near future. The only thing I didn’t care for was the baby hairs, but I thinner them out.

This was my first time ordering from this store, and it wont be the last Lillian is the best! Very helpful and sweet. I order my hair for my birthday coming up I was worried I wont get it in time. But Lillian saved the day and I have my hair in time for my day. The hair quality is amazing!Im in love with the hair, it is very soft, tangle free and doesnt shed! It was true to description.And it's really excellent to do parting and easily doing any super natural style.I have just installed it and already have received compliments. The wig is beautiful !!! True to description. The hair texture is on point. It comes with baby hairs so I don’t really have to do a lot to it. The communication with the seller was easy, as she answered all my questions promptly. I can’t wait to install it. I will definitely upload more pictures of the finished look. Love this hair! The hairline looks amazing. I didn't bleach the knots but I sealed it with some makeup and hair spray. Wonderful communication with the seller and the shipping was super fast!

Very good. I got the 16 inches. I washed it and let it air dry I liked the natural look when it wet. I flat iron it and put just a little bit of hair oil. It is very soft, very nice. It's Tangle free. Very minimal shedding which is ok because It a wig. And The seller Lillian was on point. She provided all the info about the shipping and also about the hair. She even sent me some precautions to take while I'm using the hair, how to take care of the hair. Very good. I'll give an update. Overall I love it❤❤.

Love this company! I previously ordered bundles and a closure and the quality of the hair is very good. I tried the wig on straight out of the box and im excited to wash and prep this wig to wear! It also only took 2 business days for this wig to arrive. Very impressed!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
