Love this wig! The hair is so soft. It looks so natural! I️ even filmed a professional commercial in it & it filmed great! It looks so natural on camera & the lace blends with my skin very well! The hair is good so far. I ordered on a Monday received on the Friday. Communitarian was good and hair is as described. So far no shedding very light weight and soft. Yeh edges were a bit frizzy so I trimmed it. I have had it installed for 3 days now and will updated my comment after a few weeks. Thank you.

I’m in love with my hair! I ordered the 16” on Monday and I got it on Thursday night. it looked just like in the pictures of not it looked better than what I had expected. It is full to my liking (250% density). Although I had customized it (dyed the knots and tinted it so it looks less “wiggy” and match my skin tone), it looks perfect. I get complements everywhere I go. People at my work place say I look completely different. I’m a satisfied customer and as a result have recommended people to this vendor.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though

Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
