I'm afraid before I order the hair since it didn't have many orders.But it's really good experience to shop here! Shipping was extremely fast. I received it in 4 days,it's so quick! Customer service was AMAZING. They were so attentive and patient to answer all questions And they kept me posted for the whole order. My wig is beautiful! Very full and soft, Amazing quality. I order the hair on Tuesday and receive on Friday that pretty fast considering.Hair felt so soft and tangle free. Ran my hands through very lil shedding so off to a great start. Since buying from All store this is the best hair I've had so far I won't wear it until my bday next week.there is no shedding for this blond wig and density is very full. Customer service at it best I've been searching for good hair I've found it at last. I will be ordering again real soon

This wig is so amazing!! It came really fast I think I ordered it on Sunday and it got to me by Thursday, the hair is so soft and barely tangles. The cap size is perfect , the hairline looks really real so that's good. . I deffo recommend this seller and will be ordering more!!

Wore this wig for a holiday party and I love it! It wasn’t too much like a lot of other wigs! I was a little nervous but when I got it I didn’t have to customize at all. I know a lot of blonde wigs you have to tone and pluck the hairline. This wig came perfect!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?
Yes, it has baby hairs at the back.

- Styling-wise, what's the difference between full lace and lace front? I already purchased the lace front
The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?
