wow ! i love the hair so much with my hair ! I recieved my order within 3 days of ordering, which was FANTASTIC! I waited to write my review, cus often times when you order stuff online, especially hair, it will last about a good week before you experience problems. So i've had mine for about 3-4 weeks now and i LOVE IT!!! Im so satisfied with how this has been treating me, it washes really easy and has remained its soft silky smooth texture since the first day i got it. Currently I have not experience any issues with this! I will probably order another one just to have as a back up lol but if you are debating getting this, GET IT!! im so pleased

wow, so haapy .i am love the hair .LOVE LOVE LOVE. Fast delivery. four days i receive the wig! OMG the wig looks so beautiful . at the first time ,the wig looks thin,and i contact the seller ,they suggesut me wahs the haie and use fingers to comb the hair ,i did .after that,it looks thicker ,so amazing . The customer service has been great from start to finish. very nice and patience . i really enjoy this shopping . will come back soon!

I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!! fast shipping!! The hair is super soft and really fun and workable! It only sheds when you run your hands through it excessively which you SHOULDNT BE DOING ANY WAY SO DONT! They provide you with a wig cap so toots look natural and you can keep those braids TIGHT!!! I chose the 22” and it is extremely accurate! the ONLY complaint or criticism I would have is that the baby hairs are placed unnaturally.... so you might as well prepare yourself to cut that part of the lace off and redo it... but it’s not a hard process, just YouTube it or something... and last but not least... the knots are not as natural even after bleaching it... it’s just a tad spacious to be looking like natural roots.. it almost kind of makes it look like you’re balding but it’s nothing some color can’t fix... Other than that this is PERFECT!!! I SUGGEST YOU INVEST!!! <3

hair is so soft and beautiful , I'm in love with this unit, the back of it is constructed really good to where I can sew it down if I want to wear it for a longer period like a sew in and it fits perfectly I've purchased this wig multiple times and I'll be purchasing again and again, also very light weight and perfect for the summer months I most definitely recommend this unit for purchase

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
