I am so impressed with this company. I was so skeptical at first and Lillian was there to help me she made sure to ship my item on time. I ordered it on Friday and then rwcieved it on Monday morning . shipping was super fast and the texture is so smooth curls are perfect, I washed it and and the curls fell into place so thick I got so many compliments over this hair and I just love it. definetly a customer for life. thank you Lillian.

Beautiful, simply beautiful! The wig is so soft with no smell. Very little shedding and no tangling. Came with 3 days and I’m sold! I’ll be ordering from this store again and again! Lillian was friendly, with great, continuous communication. My overall experience was awesome!

My client absolutely loves her 360 Swiss lace wig!! It came with adjustable straps, lightly bleached knots and a pre-plucked hairline. Absolutely Gorgeous!!! Very soft and pretty loose wave and can be colored with no problem. I will post pics very soon!! Thanks so much again you have new loyal customer!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?
Yes, it has baby hairs at the back.

- Styling-wise, what's the difference between full lace and lace front? I already purchased the lace front
The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?
