Honestly I am very happy with my wig! it came plucked pretty nicely and was very soft and true to the length posted, don't have many complaints there.

So after reading most of the reviews I had to try this hair. I've been wearing wigs for awhile now and most of mine cost over 300 dollars. This wig is inexpensive and very gorgeous. The hair arrived in just 3 days. Customer service was great as well. Lillian is so sweet and she kept in contact with me.There is no strong smell on the hair.I did the burn test which i typically do on all my wigs. I own over 50 wigs and know exactly how and what to look for. The hair line is almost perfect but I will be customizing a little more to my liking and also bleaching the knots a little more because that's what I prefer.After I complete this process, wash and style the wig I will make an update. But overall the hair is absolutely beautiful and FULL right out of the bag. The hair hasn't shed yet. Love it!

- This hair worked excellent for my trip. These pictures are after swimming in the ocean (12days) sliding down waterslides, and countless active outdoor activities. It was great and the curl pattern held up (last picture) after all the salt water.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?
Yes, it has baby hairs at the back.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?
