The hair is beautiful, I don't like the smell but a co wash should take care of that.The 360 Frontal is everything I really like it and they already took care of the baby hair which look awesome. The communication with the seller was great she responded to every message and reassured me everything would be taking care of with the hair & the shipping process. my hair was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday my hair got here on a Saturday, 3 days beforehand. I can't wait for my install I'm very excited.

5 star service from begining to end of transaction. Asa was available to answer any questions and address any concerns. The shipping took just 3 days and the bundles arrived a day ahead of schedule. The hair itself is gorgeous and both frontal and hair bundles matched very well. Running my hands through the hair, I got no shedding at all but will update this particular area once I have created the wig. The frontal came pre-plucked and slightly dyed which I like, however I'm considering dying it further or staining it with tea to achieve the colour I prefer. I felt the hair bundles were a little thin but considering its 360 frontal and deep wave, you might not need a lot of hair as it might get bigger as it gets older. I have had serious problems with the curly hair textures in the past as they matt horribly after a while so I will be sure to update you guys on how the hair holds up later. All in all, excellent service, beautiful hair and I totally recommend this vendor.

I am completely satisfied, Price was worth it. It has a small scent to it, but I washed and conditioned it. Didn't need all the bundles, and the qualities were just awesome. did find a few gray hair but not enough to care. LOL First time buying one and was an great experience. They kept in contact so the comfort in buying it was really there for me. The product came earlier than estimated. I'm really happy I took the risk

OMG as always I'm absolutely in love with the hair. the wig is sooo bueatiful. I ordered 22inchs 360 ace frontal wig.it came pre plucked so I didn't have to fix a thing. its super thick and true to length soft 100 % human hair. I'm just love love love this unit.

So far I love the hair. I didn’t pluck any additional hair out but I did trim the baby hairs and bleach the knots. I ordered a 24 inch and I straightened it. When the hair is wet it has a beautiful curl pattern. There was no smell and the hair is very soft. Shipping was very fast. I ordered the hair on Thursday and it came Tuesday morning. I have gotten a lot of compliments and lots of my family members have told me that they are also going to buy the wig.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
