So, I've worn this wig everyday since I received it. I've washed it and let it air dry. I've flat ironed it with IC Fantasia Heat Protectant spray. No shedding. This is a beautiful wig. Thanks Lillian.

I’ve had this unit for awhile and Iove it! It was my first human hair frontal wig before and it was a great thing to start with. I did have to bleach the knots twice to get them to fully lighten, and even some aren’t still but it no one can really tell. I will say it’s a bit big for my head, but nothing I can’t work with. I typically glue my frontal down with got2beglued but it’s only sufficient for one day use, so if you want to wear it for a week only gluing it once, used a stronger glue. I will happily be buying from this vendor again. Communication was great, and I didn’t have major issues.

I am extremely pleased with my new lace wig. It is exactly what I expected per the pictures I saw online. The unit is absolutely stunning. The hair is soft, beautiful and full. It's worth the price, and I have bought same type wig with lower price from Another vendor but just waste my money, so ladies save your money and get the correct one. As soon as I placed my order, I was contacted by Lillian. She was helpful and very informative. I received my order within three days. I have already shared this company with my Family and friends. I will definitely order from this company again.

Came incredibly fast (took 5 days and I ordered on a Friday). Looks as advertised. Hairline isn’t over plucked so you can still customise it and also a BEAUTIFULLY constructed wig! Packaging was amazing and the customer service was efficient and very quick replies from the staff. I’ll add additional feedback and photos when I’ve had my stylist customise and install it.

I honestly wish I could give 6 stars because I am S H O OK. I ordered the hair last week and within a few days it was here like that didn't take long at all. The communication was SUPERB and so helpful! I am very happy about my hair ... The parting is realistic and the pre plucked hairline is good, It did not have a smell when i received it .It is the best lace front I ever had, the hair is very soft and beautiful its exactly what i expected , I am absolutely in love with this natural hair line. I took a close up so you can really see how natural this look! No make up or filters used. I would suggest Wigrip as well, wig has not shifted or moved all day! its definitely worth the price. I would buy from this seller again... I am very pleased and would purchase from this seller again.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
