Loooooove it!!! This wig is so flat and comfortable, I have zero complaints.I ordered the 22" and it comes to my hip. The wig is thin not too thin,I usually buy my hair from Carahair and make my own wigs,this is my first time ordering their wig and I must say I will be ordering more soon,thanks Carahair!

I am VERY impressed with this wig. The cap fit just right, the lace was a perfect color/texture, and it was THICK all the way through. The knots will have to be bleached, although it stated they already are. I added pictures before I customized it, to show everyone what you can expect. As you can see, the hairline is nicely pre-plucked for a natural look! The length I ordered was 20 inches. It arrived VERY quickly... I was shocked! Ordered on the 20th, arrived on the 23rd!

The hair cane within 4 business days. The hair is nice and silky, when I’m in a rush I can literally brush it out and go. The hair is a hundred percent true to what the description says. It also comes with an elastic band & 2 medium brown wig caps. I definitely will be buying this hair again it was worth it

Just received the hair and i am IN LOVE! Lillian kept me informed the whole time ! She answered all the questions i had ! The note had already been bleached so that’s off my to do list . There hair has minimal shedding but that’s all hair . I will update when i get installed tomorrow.

This wig is bomb! It’s thick and full, and very soft. Customer service is excellent! Lillian was very helpful she even called to make sure everything was correct with my order. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Shipping was fast too 3 days and I had my hair in hand! :-)

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?
Yes, it has baby hairs at the back.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?
