The best NATURAL looking wig ever!!! I ordered the 22 inch wig, which came very soft with a natural looking luster and density. I’m 5’0 ft and it definitely seems true to length if not longer and hits a little below my waist line. The customer service experience was amazing. From the minute I purchased my hair to its arrival, they kept me posted and promptly responded to any questions or concerns I had. Quick delivery. I ordered my hair on the Thur. June 7th and received my hair the following Wed. on the 13th. The hair came pre plucked and bone straight out the package with no smell. The only thing I would suggest when styling this hair is plucking your part and taming the fly always for a more natural look. I have zero complaints and I will definitely be ordering this hair again.

The shipping was great it came in less than 4 days and the communication was great as well. Although it is glue less I still have to add the got 2b frees spray to lace the lace down. Overall the hair is great and I would most definitely buy from this vendor again.

I loveddd how fast this cake came! It arrived in less than a week in about 4 days ! The seller was so nice and communication was great! She answered my questions promptly and made sure I had my wig in time for my event! I will definitely order again and again. I ordered 20” so as you would expect for such a length it was alittle thin when down but I added a few tracks to give it more volume. However , it came great. These pics are it out of the package. I can’t wait to wash it and see how it reacts ! So far I love it !

quick shipping, like 2 days. holds a curl. I'll plucked my part but didn't need to touch the edges. light shedding but nothing concerning. will definitely purchase again. love the fact it's a real life model with a YouTube channel. I watched the video before purchasing the hair.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?
Yes, it has baby hairs at the back.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?
