I purchased this wig and received it at my front door within 3 days.. Amazing!! The quality is nice. The unit is soft with knots already bleached and hairline already plucked which is a plus!! I purchased the 22 inch unit and was pleased that the hair was full from root to tip.. No straggly ends!! I like that this unit is only 150% density, (unit as a whole is on the thinner side) so that it looks more natural and is not bulky. Will definitely buy more Carahair items in the future!! And, sorry.. no pictures of me wearing the unit yet.. Just got it in the mail today.. But take my word for it, excellent buy!!

Order came in 7 days (from the time I ordered). The hair is Gorgeous! Very soft. Matches the description. I ordered the density 150 and the hair is pretty full. The only thing I had to do to the wig was tint the lace using the tea bag method so it would match my dark skin complexion. I am a beginner with wigs and this was easy to manage and looks very natural. As soon as I placed my order the seller let me know where I could get my shipping number. After receiving my order they also asked for my feedback. Great customer service, showed they cared. Definitely recommend buying from this seller!

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
