This is by far the best wig I have ever purchased on all store. I’m so impressed with the quality of the hair. The hair line is perfect!! I don’t have to do any plucking. I will be ordering again straight away for my back up wig!!!

- wig is gorgeous the lace is not so much to my skin very similar to blend „ ". i cut it, stripe and made it to be worn. quality hair i do „ review" in a few weeks. for the i am satisfied trés. last but not least: fastest delivery ever!!!!

- first time ordering hair from this vendor. The customer service was excellent. Lillian was there from the beginning to the end. Hair came super fast. It had a bit of odor so it's best to wash before wearing.

It had a bit of odor so it's best to wash before wearing. It sheds a little but that's normal. the hair was super soft and shinny. I ordered a 20" but it this was so long it more like a 24". I'm 5'3" it was all the way down to my back. Beautiful hair overall.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

- Styling-wise, what's the difference between full lace and lace front? I already purchased the lace front
The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?

I purchased 20 in which is to my behind. I would say 14 is to mid back
