I just received my first wig ever and so far I like it. the communication with the seller and delivery was excellent. The hair is very soft and smooth. It feels like real human hair and very natural. Because it is my first wig I do not have experience in how to install it. At the moment I not very happy with the cap. it's a litle big for me. I'll review later.

the hair is just as describe ....18inch .. nana was nice and did her possible for me to receive my order on time. I washed the hair, no tangle, no shedding, it was a good investment... I absolutely recommend this hair it's soft. I did not flat iron or apply heat on he hair. FYI processing time is about 2weeks.. so make sure u have lots of time if u are ordering for a special occasion. I will definitely order again from you . thank you nana.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@carahair.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add the pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
2. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?

I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.
- Can I wear the wig in a "high ponytail" leaving the back looking natural?
Yes, it has baby hairs at the back.

Yes it does. The hair is of great quality and styles beautifully.
- Styling-wise, what's the difference between full lace and lace front? I already purchased the lace front
The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?

- Does the Front lace wig also come with baby hairs or just the full lace wig?

I purchased 20 in which is to my behind. I would say 14 is to mid back
